We recommend River and Tower, a property in Pisa we work with for their guests' transfers — photos and availability on their website. Accommodation and transport remain two separate services, booked and quoted independently.
Fill in the form with the details of your trip. We'll reply within 2 hours with a tailor-made quote.
How far in advance should I book?
For standard transfers we recommend at least 48 hours' notice. For weddings, events and custom tours it's best to contact us 2–4 weeks ahead. In high season (spring/summer), the earlier you book, the better.
What happens if the flight is delayed?
We monitor all flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, the driver waits at no extra cost for up to one hour. Beyond that, a small waiting surcharge applies.
Can I pay by credit card?
We accept cash, bank transfer and, on request, credit card. For businesses we issue regular VAT invoices.
Can I bring pets?
Yes, pets are allowed if kept in a carrier. Let us know when booking so we can choose the most suitable vehicle.
Do you have vehicles accessible for people with disabilities?
Some of our minibuses are equipped with a wheelchair ramp. Let us know your specific needs and we'll find the most suitable solution.
Do you also operate outside Tuscany?
Yes. We cover all of Italy on request — Rome, Milan, Bologna, Liguria, Umbria. For destinations outside the region, the quote includes any toll and driver-overnight costs.
What's included in the quoted price?
The quote includes the driver, fuel, motorway tolls (unless otherwise stated) and VAT. There are no hidden costs: what you read in the quote is what you pay.
Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation is free up to 30 days before the service. From the 29th to the 10th day we retain the deposit paid on confirmation; between 10 and 3 days before, 70% of the amount; in the last 72 hours, 100%. Force majeure cases are evaluated individually. The exact terms are always set out in the quote.
