At a Tuscan wedding the distances look short on the map and feel long on the day: the ceremony in a country church or a historic town centre, the reception at a villa in the hills, guests spread across two or three hotels. Many of them come from abroad, don't know the roads and, after the toast, nobody should be driving. Hiring a coach with driver for your wedding solves all of it at once: your guests arrive together and on time, and at the end of the night they get back to their hotel without a worry.

For many weddings the best answer is both: the coach for the main transfer and the minibus for shorter runs, or for the last stretch up to a villa the coach can't reach. Details and photos on our fleet page.
How the day is planned
- You send us the addresses — hotels, ceremony, reception venue — and the times you have in mind.
- We check the access before confirming: whether a coach can enter the villa, where guests get off, where the vehicle can turn. Better to find out now than at the gate.
- We prepare the schedule of runs, with times and pick-up points, ready to share with your guests or your wedding planner.
- On the wedding day the driver arrives early at the first pick-up point.
- At the end of the party we take your guests back to their hotels with the agreed runs.
⏳ The vehicle during the party: there are often many hours between arriving at the reception and the return. The vehicle can stay on site or come back at the agreed time: we decide it together and the quote states it clearly, with no surprises.

All over Tuscany: villas and estates in Chianti, the hills around Lucca and Pistoia, Florence and its surroundings, Siena and the Val d'Orcia, Versilia and the Maremma. In historic centres with restricted zones for tourist coaches, such as Florence, Lucca and Siena, we take care of the permits, listed item by item in the quote.
How much does a wedding coach cost?
There is no single price list: every wedding has its own runs and times. The price depends on a few concrete factors:
- Number of runs and the distance between hotels, ceremony and reception
- Hours the vehicle is booked, from the first run to the last return
- Vehicle — minibus, coach or both
- End time of the party and late-night returns
- Date — Saturdays from May to October are the most requested
- Access permits for historic centres, shown separately

When to book
Saturdays in wedding season fill up months ahead: it is worth booking the vehicle as soon as you have the date and the venue. The exact number of guests and the final times can be settled later. Times are confirmed a few days before the wedding; changes decided on the day itself, such as an extra run, are possible if the vehicle is free and are charged separately.

Frequently asked questions
How many guests can you carry?
The minibus carries up to 25 guests, the coach up to 51. For larger weddings we run repeated trips or two coordinated vehicles.
Can the coach reach the reception villa?
It depends on the access, and we check it before confirming. If the drive is narrow or unpaved we use the minibus, or agree on a drop-off point close to the entrance.
How late can the guest return be?
After midnight too. The end time of the party and the number of return runs are agreed in the quote.
Do you also do airport transfers for the guests?
Yes: from Pisa, Florence, Bologna and other airports, for arrival and departure. They can go in the same quote as the wedding.
How far ahead should we book?
As soon as you have the date and the venue, especially for Saturdays from May to October. Guest numbers and final times can be confirmed later.
