About us

The coaches are ours,
and we drive

GiroMunna is a licensed NCC operator based in Ponte Buggianese, in the province of Pistoia. We are not a booking desk reselling the job to somebody else: the vehicles are ours, and the person who answers you is the person who takes the wheel. That is why we can tell you beforehand whether a programme holds together, instead of finding out on the day.

We have no arrangements with wineries, restaurants or venues. When we tell you a day works, or that a twelve-metre coach will not reach a particular winery, there is no interest behind it: only that we drive those roads ourselves.

How far in advance should I book?

For airport transfers we recommend at least 24–48 hours' notice. For weddings, events and cultural trips, the earlier you book the better — especially during spring and summer. In case of urgency, contact us on WhatsApp: we'll do our best.

Do you issue invoices for businesses?

Yes, we issue regular VAT invoices for individuals and businesses. VAT number IT 02124530474. For recurring business clients we offer dedicated terms — just ask.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer, cash payment and, on request, credit card. Payment terms, including the deposit, are set out in the quote.

Do you also operate outside Tuscany?

Yes. We travel to Rome, Bologna, Milan, Liguria and other destinations on request. Contact us with your desired route and we'll send you a tailor-made quote.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We monitor flights in real time. If your flight is delayed, the driver waits at no extra cost. We just ask that you let us know as soon as you're aware of any change.

Are vehicles accessible for people with reduced mobility?
