The paperwork we provide
Schools are required to obtain a set of documents from the transport operator before authorising a trip. We prepare them without being chased:
- Copy of the NCC operating licence and company registration
- Vehicle registration document, showing the authorised seating capacity
- Valid roadworthiness inspection certificate
- Insurance policy with liability limits
- Driver's category D licence and CPC, both in date
- Statement on driving and rest hours and on the tachograph
We issue electronic invoices to educational institutions, including procurement references where required.
🚸 On safety: drivers' hours are set by EU law and recorded by the tachograph. If a proposed programme packs in too much driving for one day, we say so at the quoting stage and offer an alternative. An itinerary that breaks the limits is not a cheaper itinerary — it is one that cannot be run.

Do you supply the compliance documents our school needs?
